If you’ve noticed urine stains on your silk nail, don’t panic – all is not lost! The following four steps will help you quickly and easily remove these unwanted spots.
The first step is to rinse the stained area with cold water. This will help loosen stain, and make it easier to tackle the next stage.
Once the area has been rinsed, apply a mild detergent to a damp cloth, sponge or brush. Gently work the detergent into the stained area to break down any urine salts that may be present. Leave detergent to soak in for 5-10 minutes.
After detergent has had a chance to work its magic, take a clean, dry cloth and place it over the stained area. Use a pressing motion to blot the stain, absorbing any lingering moisture or dirt.
Finally, rinse the area with cold water to remove any leftover detergent. Once this has been completed, the urine stain should be removed from your silk nail!
