Instructions

  1. The first step is to blot the stain with a paper towel or white absorbent cloth to remove as much of the wetness as possible.
  2. Mix together a solution of cold water and white vinegar in equal parts.
  3. Using a soft-bristled brush, gently scrub the mixture onto stain in a circular motion.
  4. Once the stain has been treated, let it sit for about 15 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
  5. Mix together a solution of dish soap and hydrogen peroxide in equal parts.
  6. Again, using a soft-bristled brush, gently scrub mixture onto the stain in a circular motion.
  7. Let the solution sit for fifteen minutes before rinsing it off with cold water.
  8. If the stain persists, mix together a solution of baking soda and cold water.
  9. Using an absorbent cloth, apply the mixture to stain and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  10. Rinse off with cold water and pat area dry with a paper towel.
