Method 1: Blotting with Water and Vinegar Solution
- Mix equal parts cold water and white vinegar in a bowl.
- Dip a clean cloth or sponge into the mixture.
- Gently blot the stained area.
- Rinse cloth or sponge in clear, cold water.
- Repeat the process until stain is gone.
Method 2: Pretreating with a Laundry Detergent
- Mix a quarter of a teaspoon of liquid laundry detergent with one cup of cold water.
- Dip a clean cloth or sponge into the solution.
- Blot the stained area with the cloth or sponge.
- Rinse the cloth or sponge in cool, clear water.
- Repeat the process until the stain is gone.
Method 3: Neutralizing with Baking Soda and Peroxide
- Mix one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide with one cup of cold water.
- Dip a clean cloth or sponge into solution.
- Gently blot the stained area.
- Rinse the cloth or sponge in clear, cool water.
- Repeat the process until the stain is gone.
Method 4: Treating with Enzyme-Based Cleaner
- Apply an enzyme-based cleaner directly to the stain.
- Let the cleaner sit on the stain for up to 15 minutes.
- Rinse the area with cool, clear water.
- Repeat the process until stain is gone.
