The first step to removing a urine stain is to blot the area with a paper towel or white cloth. You want to avoid rubbing or scrubbing the area so that the stain does not spread or become more set in. Work in a circular motion as you blot the area to ensure you've covered entire stained area.
Now it's time to tackle stain with white vinegar. Start by mixing equal parts water and white vinegar and pour it directly over stain. Rub it gently with a cloth or sponge and then let it sit for 10 minutes.
After the white vinegar has had a chance to work its magic, mix a half cup of detergent with 2 cups of warm water. Dip a new sponge or cloth into mixture and then rub it onto stained area. Work in a circular motion and make sure to get all sides of the fabric. Make sure to keep the fabric wet while you're working on it.
Rinse the area thoroughly with cold water. You want to remove any excess detergent and vinegar from the fabric. If there are still traces of the stain, repeat steps 2 and 3 until the stain has been completely removed.
Tilt the piqué fabric to one side and blot it with a cloth or paper towel. It's important to not press down on the fabric too hard, as this can cause the stain to reappear. Instead, just blot the fabric gently and let air dry.
