How To Clean Urine Stains From Oxford Shoes With Ease

Materials Required

  • Old cloth
  • Soft bristled brush
  • Mild detergent
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Moisten a soft cloth in clean water and use it to blot the affected area. This will remove some of the stain.
  2. Mix a mild detergent with warm water. Don't use too much detergent, as this can be difficult to remove.
  3. Dampen the soft bristled brush in the detergent solution and use it to work solution into the fabric.
  4. Let the solution sit for a few minutes. This will allow the detergent to break down the urine molecules.
  5. Rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.
  6. Use a dry cloth to blot the area dry.

Tips

  • Don't use a harsh detergent or cleaning agent, as this can damage fabric of shoe.
  • For stubborn stains, try using a mixture of vinegar and water.
  • Allow the shoes to air-dry naturally, avoiding direct heat or sunlight.
