The first thing to do when cleaning urine stains from muslin is to mix a solution of one part white vinegar with two parts warm water in a spray bottle. Once mixed, gently saturate affected area with the solution. It's important not to rub too hard, as over-agitation of fabric can damage the material.

Allow the fabric to sit for several minutes before scrubbing lightly with a soft cloth or sponge. You may also use a toothbrush if the stain is particularly stubborn or difficult to reach.

After scrubbing, allow the solution to sit for another ten minutes. Then, rinse the fabric with cool water, using your hands to gently rub away any residue.

Now, it's time to dry your muslin fabric. The best way to do this is by laying the fabric flat on a towel, then placing a dry towel on top. Finally, press down firmly to remove any remaining moisture.

With these simple steps, you should now have a clean muslin fabric free of any urine stains. For tougher stains, you may need to repeat the process a few times.
