When it comes to urine stains, one of the most versatile fabrics to clean them from is HM. Because HM has a slick surface that resists water damage, it’s an ideal fabric for tackling these unsightly messes. Read on for the steps to get rid of urine stains on HM fabric.

Step 1: Blot the Stain

Before attempting to clean stain, blot any excess moisture from the fabric with a paper towel or clean cloth. Do not rub stain, as this will only spread it further and make it more difficult to remove. Blotting the stain will absorb any excess liquid and make cleaning process easier.

Step 2: Mix a Cleaning Solution

Mix a cleaning solution of equal parts white vinegar and warm water. This mixture should be strong enough to break down and remove the urine without damaging the fabric. Apply the solution directly to the stained area, using a soft cloth to gently scrub area until the stain is removed.

Step 3: Rinse and Dry

Once the stain is gone, rinse fabric with cold water to remove any remaining residue. When fabric is clean, pat it dry with a clean towel. If stain persists, repeat Steps 1 to 3 until it is completely gone.
