Don't fret - cleaning up urine stains from your hair ties is easier than it looks! With just a few basic items, you can have your hair ties looking like new in no time. Here's what you'll need to get started:

  • Baking soda
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Vinegar
  • Dish soap

First, use a small brush to gently scrub the stain with baking soda. Work it in until the stain is completely covered and then let it sit for about five minutes. This will help to nurture the stain and loosen it up.

Next, use a clean cloth and dab some hydrogen peroxide onto the stain. Then, use a small scrub brush to work the peroxide into the hair tie; entire fabric should be saturated with the solution. Let it sit for five minutes before rinsing the hair tie with cold water.

Finally, mix together some vinegar and a drop of dish soap. Make sure that the ratio of vinegar to soap is even. Then, use the same small brush to scrub this solution into the stain. Let it sit for ten minutes and then rinse with cold water.

That's it! Your urine-stained hair ties should be as good as new. Follow these steps every time and you can get your hair ties looking spotless quickly and easily.
