What You Need
- Baking soda
- White vinegar
- Hydrogen peroxide
- A few drops of dishwashing liquid
- Soft cloth or towel
Instructions
- Mix together one tablespoon of baking soda and one tablespoon of white vinegar in a small bowl until they form a paste.
- Apply the paste to the urine stain and let it sit for an hour.
- Wash the denim in washing machine on a cold-water cycle.
- Inspect the denim for any remaining stains and add one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide to a cup of warm water.
- Dip a soft cloth or towel in the solution and use it to lightly scrub away any remaining stains.
- Rinse with cold water and hang to dry.
Tips
- If the stain persists, try adding a few drops of a mild dishwashing liquid to the hydrogen peroxide solution before scrubbing.
