As soon as you see stain, grab a clean cloth and begin to blot the area. Don't rub the stain; otherwise, the fabric could become damaged. The goal is to absorb as much of the urine as possible.
Mix two parts white vinegar with one part cold water and pour it over the stain. Let it sit for 15 minutes before blotting away with a clean cloth. Be sure to rinse the area with cold water afterward.
Mix one part baking soda with one part cold water and apply the solution directly to stain. Again, let it sit for 15 minutes before blotting away with a clean cloth. Once dry, vacuum up any leftover residue.
Fill a basin with cold water and add a small amount of laundry detergent. Soak the stained area for 30 minutes or longer, but make sure to check on it periodically. Afterwards, rinse the area thoroughly with cold water and hang to dry.
With these simple steps, your charmeuse fabric should be free of urine stains and looking good as new! Just remember to act quickly when you spot a stain, and you'll have no trouble getting rid of evidence.
