With a clean paper towel or cloth, gently blot the area to absorb as much of the urine as possible. Take care not to rub the fabric, as this can further damage and weaken it.
Mix a couple of drops of dish soap into a bowl of warm water. Use a clean, white cloth to sponge stained area with mixture. Take care not to scrub the delicate fabric, as this can cause distortion or tearing of the lace.
Rinse away the soap mixture with clean, warm water. Pat area dry with a clean, soft cloth. If needed, place the fabric on a flat surface and gently press around the stained area with a towel to absorb as much moisture as possible. Then, leave to air dry. Do not place in dryer to avoid shrinking.
Chantilly lace is a delicate fabric, but with careful treatment it is possible to remove urine stains without damaging it. Follow the steps above to safely and easily clean the fabric.
