As soon as you notice that your dress has been stained with urine, use a clean cloth or sponge to start blotting the area. This will help lift some of the liquid from the fabric, and make it easier to get rid of the stain completely.
Fill a bowl with cold water and using a clean cloth (ideally white) and a small amount of dish detergent, start rubbing the stain gently. Remember to always go with the grain when rubbing so that you don't damage the fabric.
After you've removed as much of the stain as you can with cloth, wash the dress in the washing machine as normal. Make sure to use cold water to avoid setting the stain further, and add a small amount of white vinegar to help remove any odours.
Once bodycon dress has been washed and is still wet, hang it up in a well-ventilated room to air dry. Don't put dress in the dryer as heat could set the stain.
