Start by scraping off as much of the sap as you can with your fingernail, a butter knife, or spoon. This will make the stains much easier to remove.
Once you've scraped off what you can, apply a pre-treatment stain remover to sap on the t-shirt. Give it a few minutes to soak in and work its magic.
Place the stained t-shirt in the washer with appropriate amount of detergent. Use cold water and choose a regular cycle.
Check the t-shirt before drying it to make sure the stain is gone. If it isn't, repeat steps 2 and 3 until the stain is completely removed.
Once the stain has been removed, hang dry or tumble dry the t-shirt on a low setting. Double check that the stain is gone before embarking on the drying process.
