Rubbing alcohol is an excellent way to remove tree sap from gazar fabric. First, apply a small amount of rubbing alcohol directly onto the tree sap stain. Then, take a dry paper towel and use it to rub area until the tree sap begins to come out. Be sure to use gentle yet firm pressure. After the sap has been removed, apply a damp cloth to the affected area and allow it to air dry.
WD-40 is another household item that is great for removing tree sap from gazar fabric. Simply spray a small amount of WD-40 onto the tree sap and let it sit for a few minutes. Gently scrub the area with a soft cloth or scrub brush to remove the sap. If any sap remains, repeat the process until it is gone. Once the tree sap has been entirely removed, wash the area with mild, soapy water and rinse with cold water.
If rubbing alcohol and WD-40 don’t work, you may need to use a stronger cleaner or solvent. There are several products specifically designed to remove tree sap from fabrics. Read all label instructions carefully before using any cleaner or solvent on gazar fabric, as some may cause color fading or fabric damage. When finished, use a damp cloth to clean the area and allow the fabric to air dry.
