Get Rid of Sticky Tree Sap Stains from Your Bra: Here's How!
Tree sap can be a tough stain to get out of any fabric, much less the delicate material of your bra. But don’t despair! Here are a few techniques that can help you remove tree sap from your bras without damaging the material.

Using Laundry Detergent
- Put on rubber gloves to protect your skin from detergent.
- Lay the bra flat and use a spoon or other blunt tool to scrape off as much of the sap as possible.
- Create a paste with a small amount of laundry detergent and some warm water.
- Dab the paste onto the stain and let it sit for five to ten minutes.
- Dampen a washcloth with warm water and gently scrub the stained area until the sap comes off.
- Rinse the area with clean water and pat dry with a towel.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
Using Dish Soap and Vinegar
- Lay the bra flat and scrape off as much of sap as possible.
- Mix one part white vinegar with two parts dish soap until it reaches a soapy consistency.
- Dab the mixture onto the stain and let it sit for five to ten minutes.
- Scrub stained area using a soft bristle brush, being sure not to damage the fabric.
- Rinse the area with clean water and pat dry with a towel.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
Using Rubbing Alcohol
- Lay bra flat and scrape off as much of the sap as possible.
- Dip a cloth in rubbing alcohol and dab onto the stained area until it is completely saturated.
- Let the area sit for five to ten minutes before scrubbing off with a soft bristle brush.
- Rinse the area with clean water and pat dry with a towel.
- Repeat the process if necessary.
