Fortunately, it is still possible to clean off toothpaste stains from spandex fabric. The key is to use the right ingredients and cleaning techniques. Here are some steps to follow:

  • First, mix two tablespoons of liquid laundry detergent with two cups of warm water in a bowl.
  • Then lightly dab the stained area with the soapy mixture and make sure not to scrub or rub too hard.
  • Rinse off the area with lukewarm water and blot dry using a soft cloth.
  • If the stains persist, mix one cup of white vinegar with two cups of water and apply it to the stain. Allow it to soak for 15 minutes before rinsing with lukewarm water and blotting dry.
  • Finally, run the spandex fabric through a normal wash cycle with regular laundry detergent.

With these simple steps, you should be able to easily remove toothpaste stains from spandex fabric. Just be sure to check care instructions on garment label before attempting any of these methods.
