Don’t worry: there are some easy methods to remove toothpaste stains from pencil skirts. With just a few simple steps, your skirt will look as good as new.

What You Will Need

  • White vinegar
  • Baking soda
  • Clean cloth
  • Cotton swab/Q-tip
  • Cleaning brush/toothbrush

Step 1: Blot the Stain

Using a clean cloth, gently blot the stained area to remove any excess liquid. Do not scrub or rub the stain as this could cause it to spread.

Step 2: Make a Paste

Mix equal parts white vinegar and baking soda together to form a paste-like consistency. Apply the paste directly to the affected area and allow it to sit for several minutes.

Step 3: Scrub the Stain

Take a cotton swab or Q-tip and dip it in the paste. Gently scrub the stained area using the swab and a small cleaning brush or toothbrush. Continue to do this until the stain is no longer visible.

Step 4: Rinse and Dry

Once the stain is removed, rinse the area with cold water to remove any remaining residue. After rinsing, pat area dry with a clean cloth.
