Toothpaste can be a pesky stain to get rid of, even more so on overalls. Luckily, there are some easy methods you can use to get rid of this type of stain. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Step 1: Apply cold water to the affected area to remove as much of the toothpaste as possible, but don’t rub it in or scrub too vigorously.
  • Step 2: Once the excess toothpaste has been removed, you can use a clean cloth and some dish soap to gently rub area in a circular motion until the stain is gone.
  • Step 3: If the toothpaste stain still remains, you can use a little bit of white vinegar and rub it into the fabric with a clean cloth. Make sure not to rub too hard, as this could damage the overalls.

Once you’ve done this, rinse the affected area with cold water to remove any residue from the vinegar. Then, hang the overalls to dry in a sunny spot. You may want to repeat these steps if the stain was particularly stubborn. With these three easy steps, your overalls should be good as new!
