You'll need some items that you probably already have at home, such as a soft cloth or cotton swab, rubbing alcohol, and dish soap. Make sure that whatever cloth you use does not contain lint that could scratch the surface of the headphones.
Take a soft cloth, preferably one made of microfiber, and dampen it with rubbing alcohol. Gently rub the toothpaste stain in a circular motion. If necessary, use a cotton swab soaked with rubbing alcohol to get into the crevices. Don't apply too much pressure or you could damage surface.
After you've removed the toothpaste, rinse headphones with water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. Don't submerge the headphones in water or put them in the dishwasher.
If the stain is still present, try using a few drops of dish soap on a damp cloth. Rub gently in a circular motion and then rinse with water. Again, be careful not to apply too much pressure.
When you're done cleaning, make sure to dry off any remaining moisture with a soft, lint-free cloth. You don't want any moisture to be left in nooks and crannies of the headphones or it could damage them.
Removing toothpaste stains from your headphones doesn't have to be a hassle. Follow these steps and you'll have your headphones looking like new again in no time.
