  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Clean cloths
  • Cold water
  • Dry cleaning solvent

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Carefully blot excess toothpaste from the gingham fabric with a clean cloth.
  2. Mix equal parts cold water and rubbing alcohol in a clean bowl.
  3. Dip a new cloth into the solution and dab at the stain, working from the outer edge inward.
  4. Repeat until the stain is no longer visible.
  5. If any residue remains, try spot-cleaning the area with a dry cleaning solvent.
