Step 1: Blot and Scrape the Stain

Gently blot the stained area of the shoe with a cloth or paper towel to absorb any remaining moisture. Once all extra moisture has been removed, use a spoon to carefully scrape the excess toothpaste away.

Step 2: Use Soap and Water

Mix a solution of 1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap and 1 cup of lukewarm water. Using a damp cloth, gently scrub the stained area with the soapy solution. Work from the outside of stain towards the center in a circular motion. Be sure to keep the cloth damp, not soaked.

Step 3: Rinse and Dry

Rinse area with cold water to remove any soap residue. To dry, allow shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Make sure shoes are not near a heat source.
