- Make sure that your fabric is dry before you begin.
- Using a soft cloth or sponge, dab the stained area with a mild detergent or liquid laundry detergent.
- Rinse the detergent from the fabric.
- Mix together equal parts of white vinegar and warm water in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the stained area, making sure to cover the entire area.
