If you have toothpaste stains on your collar, you should act quickly to minimize the damage. The sooner you start dealing with it, the better chance you have of removing the stain entirely. Here are steps you should take to get those stains out of your collared shirt:

  1. Take a damp cloth and gently dab the stained area; this will help to remove some of toothpaste.
  2. Once you have dabbed the stain, use an old toothbrush to gently scrub the area. This will help to lift any more of the toothpaste.
  3. Mix a solution of warm water and laundry detergent. Dip a cloth into the mixture and dab at the stained area.
  4. If the stain persists, pour a few drops of white vinegar onto the spot and let it sit for a few minutes.
  5. Rinse the area with cold water and lay the shirt flat to air dry.

By following these steps, you should be able to remove toothpaste stains from your collared shirt with relative ease. It’s important to act quickly when dealing with any sort of stain, so make sure to address the problem as soon as possible.
