Instructions
- Create a mixture of 1/4 tsp of laundry detergent and 1/8 cup of white vinegar in a bowl.
- Dip a sponge or clean cloth into the solution, then lightly dab the stained areas of your cargo pants.
- Let the solution sit for five minutes, allowing it to soak into the fabric.
- Rinse off solution with warm water, then rub the area with a towel to dry.
- Launder your cargo pants as usual.
Tips
- You can also use a laundry pre-treatment spray if you don't have access to a detergent and vinegar mixture.
- If you're dealing with multiple toothpaste stains on your cargo pants, repeat the same steps until all of them are removed.
- Be careful not to scrub the fabric too harshly, which can cause damage.
Warnings
- Make sure to check the care label of your cargo pants before attempting to remove the stain.
- Always do a spot test before proceeding with stain removal.
