What You'll Need to Clean Your Belts:
- Bowl
- Warm Water
- Mild Detergent
- Soft Brushed
- Vinegar or Lemon Juice (Optional)
Removing Toothpaste Stains Step-by-Step
- Fill a bowl with warm water and add a few drops of mild detergent such as dishwashing liquid.
- Soak the belt in this mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the belt from the bowl and brush the toothpaste stains using a soft bristled brush, taking care not to damage the material.
- Rinse the belt in clean water and let it dry in open air, away from direct sunlight.
- If the stains still remain, re-soak belt in detergent solution and this time add a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. Rub the stains with the soft brush again and rinse the belt in clean water until all traces of the chemicals are gone.
- Finally, allow the belt to dry in open air, away from direct sunlight.
