What You'll Need

  • Several paper towels
  • Lemon juice
  • Soft cloth
  • Cotton swab
  • Mild soap and water

Step 1: Blot the Area

Start by blotting area of the watch with several paper towels. This will help to remove as much of the tomato sauce as possible without smearing it around.

Step 2: Apply Lemon Juice

Once you’ve blotted off as much of the tomato sauce as you can, pour a small amount of lemon juice onto a cotton swab and rub it over the stained area. The acidity of lemon juice should help to break down and lift the stain.

Step 3: Rinse with Soap and Water

Once you’ve finished scrubbing the area with lemon juice, rinse the watch off with some mild soap and warm water. This will help to neutralize the lemon juice and remove any remaining traces of the tomato sauce.

Step 4: Dry and Clean with a Soft Cloth

Once the area is completely rinsed off, take a soft cloth and gently clean and dry the watch. Make sure to pay close attention to the stained area to make sure it is completely clean and dry.

Conclusion

Cleaning tomato sauce or other stubborn stains off of your watch doesn’t have to be difficult. With the right supplies and a little effort, you can get it looking like new in no time.
