Materials Needed

  • Towel or rag
  • Clean sponge
  • Mild detergent
  • White vinegar
  • Clean cloth

Steps:

  1. Use a towel or rag to remove any excess tomato stains or debris from your shoe. Wipe away as much of the stain as you can.
  2. Mix together mild detergent and white vinegar in a bowl with a clean sponge. Soak the sponge in the solution and use it to gently scrub at the stained area of your shoe. The vinegar will help disinfect the area and lift the stain.
  3. After scrubbing at the stained area, rinse the sponge and squeeze out excess water. Use the damp sponge to wipe away any remaining residue from the affected area.
  4. Let the shoe air dry for several hours. If the stain persists, repeat these steps until the stain is gone.
  5. Once the shoe is dry, use a dry cloth to buff the area. This will help restore the shoe’s luster and make it look as good as new.
