What You’ll Need
- Cold water
- Borax or baking soda
- White vinegar
- Dish soap
- Toothbrush
Instructions
- Blot away any excess tomato liquid with a paper towel.
- Mix together one tablespoon of borax or baking soda with a cup of cold water.
- Apply the mixture to the stain and allow it to sit for 10 minutes.
- Using a toothbrush, scrub the stained area.
- Mix together half a cup of white vinegar and one teaspoon of dish soap with two cups of cold water.
- Pour the mixture onto the stained area and rub gently.
- Rinse the fabric under cold water.
- Put it in the washing machine on cold setting. If the stain still doesn’t come out, repeat the whole process before putting it through again.
