Stubborn tomato stains can ruin your favorite coats. But don’t despair- there are a few tried and true methods for removing those tomato stains quickly and easily!

In a small bowl, mix together baking soda and a little water to create a paste. Then, apply the paste directly to stained area. Leave the mixture on fabric for about 30 minutes or until it has dried. Then, brush the paste off gently with a soft cloth.
Mix equal parts white vinegar and water. Dip a clean cloth into the mixture and dab it onto stained area. Let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat this process as needed until the stain is gone.
In a small bowl, mix together one tablespoon of dishwashing detergent with two cups of warm water. Dab your cloth into the mixture and then apply it directly to the stained area. Let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat this process as needed until stain has been removed.
If the other methods haven’t worked, you can try using rubbing alcohol. Put a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cloth and dab it onto the stained area. Let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat as needed until the stain has been removed.
