Before attempting to remove the stain, be sure to read the care instructions on the label of your Chico garment. If label says “dry clean only”, take it to a professional instead.
Step 1: Pre-treat area with one of following solutions:
Step 2: Soak fabric in the pre-treatment solution for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Wash the fabric with oxygen bleach and hottest water temperature specified on the care label.
Step 4: If the stain remains, apply a stain remover and launder again.
Step 5: If the stain is still visible, repeat steps 1–4 as necessary.
Step 6: Let the garment air dry and inspect the area to ensure stain has been completely removed.
With a few simple steps and the right supplies, it's easy to get those stubborn tomato stains out of your Chicos. With a little determination and patience, you'll have your Chicos looking as good as new in no time.
