What You'll Need:

  • White vinegar
  • Small bowl
  • Liquid detergent
  • Warm water
  • Bowl big enough to soak clothing
  • Towels

Steps:

  1. Grab a small bowl and mix equal parts white vinegar and liquid detergent.
  2. Dip a clean cloth in the solution and lightly dab the stained area.
  3. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Fill a bowl with warm water and add a laundry booster or a few tablespoons of white vinegar.
  5. Soak the cargo pants in the mixture for 30 minutes.
  6. Before removing from bowl, rub fabric gently with your fingertips.
  7. Rinse clothing with cold water and lay flat to air dry.
  8. Once dry, inspect the stain to see if any remains.
