Start by blotting the stain with a clean cloth. If it is a fresh stain, rinse it with cold water first. This will help to remove some of the excess tomato sauce and prevent the stain from setting in.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of mild detergent and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar in a cup of warm water. This solution will help to break down the tomato sauce, making it easier to remove.
Dip a soft brush into the detergent and vinegar solution and gently scrub the stain. Let solution sit for a few minutes before rinsing off with cold water.
If the stain persists, apply an enzyme-based laundry stain remover directly onto stain. Follow the instructions on the product label. Then launder the Skechers as usual.
Cleaning up tomato sauce stains on Skechers doesn’t have to be a daunting task. With the right cleaning tools and products, you can easily take on the stains and have your Skechers looking new again in no time.
