Step 1: Blot up as Much as You Can

Gently blot up as much of the liquid tomato sauce as you can with a paper towel or a clean cloth. Do not scrub or rub too hard, as this could make the stain worse.

Step 2: Create a Mixture

Mix one teaspoon of dish soap with two cups of cold water. Use a clean cloth to gently apply the mixture to the tomato sauce stain. This will help loosen the stain and make it easier to remove.

Step 3: Blot Again

Take another clean cloth and gently blot the area to remove the soap and tomato sauce. Repeat this process until stain is gone.

Step 4: Rinse and Dry

Once the stain has been removed, take a clean cloth and dampen it with cold water. Gently wipe away any remaining soap residue. Then, use a dry cloth to dry the area.

Step 5: Repeat As Needed

If the stain does not come out after the first attempt, repeat steps 2 through 5 until the stain is gone.
