What You’ll Need

  • White vinegar or lemon juice
  • A white cotton cloth
  • Spray bottle

Instructions

  1. Blot the stain: Take white cotton cloth and press it onto the stained area of the garter. Blot until you see that most of the tomato sauce has been removed.
  2. Create a cleaning solution: Mix a tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice with two cups of water. Pour this solution into spray bottle.
  3. Spray the stain: Spray the cleaning solution onto the stain and wait for it to soak in.
  4. Rinse off: Rinse the stained area off with cold water.
  5. Repeat if necessary: If stain is still present, repeat the above steps until the stain has been removed.
