Before beginning the stain removal process, it’s important to have proper supplies. You’ll need a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, a mild detergent, a toothbrush, a soft brush, and a bit of tepid water.
Start by gently brushing away any excess tomato sauce with a soft brush before adding a few drops of tepid water directly onto the stain. With your cloth or sponge, gently dab at stain, taking care not to spread it further. Be sure to rotate the cloth often so that you’re using a clean spot with each dab.
Once you’ve dabbed away as much of the tomato sauce as possible, it’s time to sprinkle a small bit of detergent directly onto the stain. Use a toothbrush to carefully work the detergent into the stain, and then rub it gently with your cloth or sponge.
Dampen your cloth or sponge with tepid water to rinse away the detergent, and then pat the area dry with a paper towel or soft cloth. Once completely dry, admire your restored Fendi item!
