- Mix one part white vinegar with two parts water in a separate bowl.
- Dip a cloth or sponge into the vinegar solution and rub the stained area gently.
- Rinse the area with warm water, continuing to blot until all of the vinegar is removed.
- Apply a bleach alternative directly to the stain and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the area with warm water and continue to blot until all of the bleach alternative is removed.
- Repeat as many times as necessary until the stain is completely gone.
