- Mild detergent

How to Clean a Tomato Sauce Stain on Chambray
- Run cold water through the backside of the stain until it is rinsed as much as possible. Do not rub the area.
- Mix a small amount of mild detergent with cold water and apply some of the solution to the stain.
- Use a soft cloth or brush to gently work the detergent into the fabric.
- Rinse the area with cold water. If stain is still visible, use a stain remover specifically designed for chambray.
- Rinse the area with cold water again, and repeat steps 2-4 until the stain is completely gone.
- Let the fabric air dry, or use a hair dryer on a low setting.
