First, fill your baking dish with hot, soapy water and let it soak for about an hour. This makes it easier for soap to penetrate the stains and loosen them.
After soaking, sprinkle some baking soda over stained areas and scrub gently with a sponge or soft cloth. The baking soda will help break down the tomato sauce stains, making them easier to remove.
After scrubbing, rinse off the baking dish with hot water and then dry with a soft cloth. This should remove most of the tomato sauce stains.
If any of the stains remain, you’ll need to create a paste using white vinegar and baking soda. Spread the paste over the stained areas and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then scrub gently and rinse off.
If there are still some stubborn stains, repeat Steps 4 and 5 until they’re gone.
Getting rid of tomato sauce stains from your baking dishes doesn’t have to be a daunting task! With these five simple steps, you can easily remove the stains and restore your baking dishes to their former glory.
