- Liquid dish soap
- Cup of white vinegar
- Bucket of warm water
- Clean, white towel
- Mild laundry detergent
Steps to Clean Tomato Sauce Stains on Anorak:
- Gently blot the stained area with a clean, white towel to absorb as much of the tomato sauce as possible.
- Mix a solution of one cup vinegar and one-two cups warm water in a bucket and stir to combine.
- Generously apply a generous amount of liquid dish soap to the stained area.
- Soak a clean, white towel in the vinegar solution and blot the stained area for several minutes.
- Let the solution soak into fabric for around twenty minutes.
- Rinse the area with warm water to remove any remaining soap and vinegar solution.
- Gently scrub any stubborn stains with a soft-bristled brush.
- If stains remain, mix a solution of mild laundry detergent and warm water, and apply to the stained area. Let it sit for five minutes and then rinse off.
