So, you got tar on your socks and now you're wondering how to clean it up? Don't fret – with a few simple tools, and some effort, you'll be able to remove that tar stain! All you need to do is follow these easy 7 steps:

  1. Start by putting your socks in a sink, and pouring some hot water over them.
  2. Next, add a quarter of a cup of laundry detergent to sink.
  3. Let the socks soak in the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the socks from the mixture, and rinse them off with cold water.
  5. Make a paste of baking soda and water, and rub it onto the tar stain.
  6. Let the paste sit for about 10-15 minutes, and then rinse it off with cold water.
  7. Finally, wash the socks using a regular washing cycle and air dry them.

Voila! You should now have tar-free socks. Just remember to follow these steps each time you get tar on your socks, and you won't have to worry about staining your clothing with tar.
