What You Will Need

  • A soft-bristled brush
  • Turpentine or mineral spirits
  • A clean cloth

Instructions

  1. Use a soft-bristled brush to carefully scrape off the excess tar.
  2. Liberally apply the turpentine or mineral spirits to the stained area and gently rub it in using a clean cloth.
  3. Once the tar has been completely removed, use a cloth and warm water to rinse area. Allow it to air dry.
