What You Will Need:
- Dish soap
- Baking Soda
- Soft cloth or towel
- Old toothbrush
Step 1: Get the Area Wet
First, wet the area around the stain with some tap water. This will help to loosen the tar.Step 2: Make a Paste
Mix baking soda and dish soap together to make a paste. You want the paste to be thick enough to stay on the tar without dripping off, but not too thick that it becomes difficult to spread.Step 3: Apply Paste to Tar Stain
Using an old toothbrush, gently spread the paste onto the tar stain. Allow this to sit for about 10 minutes.Step 4: Rinse off Paste with Water
Once the paste has had a chance to sit for 10 minutes, rinse off with some warm water. The tar stain should come right off with the paste.Step 5: Dry and Enjoy
