Materials Needed
- White vinegar
- Baking soda
- Toothbrush
- Sponge
- Warm water
- Gentle laundry soap
Instructions
- Mix baking soda and white vinegar together until a paste forms.
- Using your toothbrush, gently apply paste to stained area of your cotton gingham fabric.
- Allow the paste to sit on the stain for 10 minutes.
- For bigger stains, use a sponge to help spread the paste over the surface of the stain.
- Rinse the paste away with warm water.
- If needed, repeat the process until all traces of the stain have disappeared.
- Finally, wash the fabric in the washing machine with gentle laundry soap.
