Step 1: Blot the Stain.
Quickly grab a clean, absorbent cloth and dab the stained area of sweatshirt to soak up as much of the liquid as possible. Keep blotting until stain stops getting lighter.
Step 2: Pre-Treat with Detergent or Dry Cleaner.
