Use a soft cloth to blot the silk fabric around the stain. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the stain, as this can make it spread. Make sure to blot the stain until you've removed as much of the liquid as possible.
Rinse the stain with cold water. Avoid using hot water, as it can set the stain permanently into the fabric. Gently rinse the stain until all of the residue is gone.
Mix one part white vinegar with two parts cold water. Apply solution to the stain. Allow the solution to sit for at least 15 minutes before rinsing with cold water.
Apply a small amount of non-bleach detergent to the stain and gently rub in. Allow the detergent to sit for a few minutes before rinsing it with cold water.
Lay the fabric flat on a dry surface and allow it to air-dry. Avoid using a towel or a hairdryer, as this could cause the stain to set in.
