Instructions
- Carefully lift any excess liquid from the stain with a spoon or spatula.
- Mix warm water with a small amount of gentle laundry detergent and lightly dab the mixture onto stain with a clean cloth.
- Using a damp white cloth, gently blot the stain in a circular motion until the stain is no longer visible.
- Rinse the stained area with warm water, then dab it dry with a clean cloth.
- If stain persists, mix a solution of 1 part white vinegar and 1 part warm water and apply to the stain with a clean cloth.
- Blot the stain until it is no longer visible and rinse with warm water.
- Allow the fabric to air dry, then repeat steps if necessary.
Tips
- Be sure to use only a very small amount of detergent; too much detergent can leave a residue on the fabric.
- Avoid rubbing the fabric as this may cause the stain to spread and set further.
- Never put an organza fabric garment in the dryer until you are sure stain has been completely removed.
