Instructions For Cleaning And Removing the Stain

  1. As soon as possible, rinse the area with cold water.
  2. Gently apply a mild liquid detergent, such as Woolite, directly to the stain.
  3. Using a soft, clean cloth, dab the area with the detergent.
  4. If the stain persists, use a homemade solution of equal parts white vinegar and cold water and gently blot stain once more.
  5. Rinse the area with cold water and allow the garment to air dry.
  6. Once the item is dry, brush or lint roll it, to remove any residue on the fabric.

Tips For Success

  • Always test a product or homemade solution on an inconspicuous area of the garment first, to make sure it won't affect the color or fabric.
  • Stains are easier to remove when they're fresh, so treat the area as soon as possible for best results.
  • If a stain still persists after numerous treatments, bring it to a professional dry cleaner immediately.
