- Bandana
- Dish soap
- Cold water
- White vinegar
- Clear rubbing alcohol
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Soft-bristled brush
Instructions
- Hold the bandana firmly in place and blot the wine stain with paper towels.
- Mix one teaspoon of dish soap with one cup of cold water and pour it onto stained area.
- Gently rub soapy solution over the wine stain with a soft-bristled brush.
- Let the solution sit on the bandana for 10 minutes.
- Make a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts cold water, then pour it onto stained area. Gently rub the vinegar mixture over stain using the soft-bristled brush.
- Make a mixture of one part clear rubbing alcohol and four parts cold water, then pour it onto stained area. Again, use the soft-bristled brush to gently rub the solution into the fabric.
- Make a mixture of three parts hydrogen peroxide and one part cold water and pour it onto the stain. Again, use the brush to gently rub the mixture into the fabric.
- Rinse the bandana off with clean, cold water and thoroughly blot the stained area with paper towels.
- Let the bandana air dry before wearing it again.
