Gather Your Supplies

Before you attempt to tackle the stain on your Armani outfit, make sure you have all the necessary supplies. Gather together club soda, a sponge, some dish soap, and a bright light. It’s best to do this cleaning task in a brightly lit area, as the light will help you detect stain more easily.

Step 1: Blot the Stain with Club Soda

Once you have the supplies you need, start by lightly blotting stain with the club soda. Make sure fabric stays wet while you blot it. You can also pour some club soda directly onto the stain if it’s especially stubborn. The idea is to saturate stain so that it can be dissolved by the club soda.

Step 2: Apply Dish Soap

After you’ve blotted the stain, apply a bit of dish soap to a damp sponge and dab at the stain for a few minutes. Be sure not to rub the fabric too hard or you could damage the delicate material. After a few minutes of gentle scrubbing, rinse the fabric with lukewarm water to remove the soap.

Step 3: Repeat as Needed

Now take a look at whether the stain has been fully removed. If it appears to be gone, you’re all set! If not, repeat Steps 1 and 2 until the stain has completely disappeared. Once the stain is gone, hang or lay the garment flat to air dry.

Step 4: Wash and Dry as Normal

Finally, once the stain is gone and the garment is completely dry, simply wash and dry your Armani outfit as usual. You can now enjoy your favorite sparkling wine without worrying about unsightly stains!
