First things first, blot away as much of excess soy sauce as possible. To do this, take a clean cloth or paper towel and firmly press it against the affected area until no more liquid remains.
Mix a small amount of mild dish-washing soap with lukewarm water and then apply solution to the spot with a soft cloth or sponge. Rub the fabric gently in a circular motion to help loosen the stain. Rinse off the soapy mixture with a damp cloth.
Place your tights in the washing machine with a small amount of laundry detergent and wash according to the instructions on care label. If the stain persists, you may need to repeat the above steps before attempting to wash again.
Once the wash cycle is complete, hang your tights up to dry in a warm, dry place. Do not place them in the dryer as the heat from the dryer will set stain, making it harder to remove.
If stain still persists after washing, you may need to repeat steps 2 through 4 until the stain is completely removed. Be sure to always use a gentle detergent and follow the washing instructions from the care label.
